Your chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for an agreed block of time. Multi-stop days, waiting included in scope, order of pins can flex — all inside a written hour window. Not a meter. Not a public hourly grid.
Zenith.limo runs put-at-disposal from a Brussels-Capital desk. Brief → written proposal → confirmed assignment. Commercial terms follow that proposal. No public hourly rate on this page.
Included in the hour window
- Dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for the full written block
- Multi-stop flexibility inside the geographic envelope you scoped
- Waiting at pins — meetings that overrun, lunch, photo stop — absorbed when inside the window
- As-directed reordering of known stops without re-booking each hop
- Vehicle class confirmed in the proposal: Mercedes S-Class or V-Class (subject to availability)
- One desk contact if the diary shifts during the day
Minimum: programmes typically start from 3 hours, confirmed in writing for that brief. Soft wording only — your proposal is the reference, not a rigid public grid.
How it works
- Send the brief — date, preferred start/end (Brussels time), base pin, known stops, passengers, luggage, any airport open/close.
- Receive a written proposal — hour window, geographic envelope, vehicle class, commercial terms.
- Keep the car with you — chauffeur remains assigned until the written end time; extensions confirmed in writing if still coverable.
Everyday notice: typically three hours before the window starts. Event weeks and multi-car days: as soon as hotel and agenda exist — not the same morning.
When put-at-disposal fits
- Multi-stop European Quarter mornings (Council, Commission, Parliament vicinity, lunch, second building)
- Corporate roadshow days with uncertain dwell times
- Hotel-based guest programmes: meetings, shopping, dinner, late return — same chauffeur throughout
- Event weeks needing hotel → venue → dinner → hotel as one ground layer (F1 Spa 2027 — ground only; we do not sell tickets)
- Days that open or close at Brussels Airport (BRU) then continue with several city stops
Single fixed hop (hotel → BRU, no intermediate flex) → book a point-to-point transfer instead.
Put-at-disposal vs point-to-point
| Put-at-disposal | Point-to-point transfer | |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle | Stays with you for the hour window | One origin → destination |
| Stops | Multi-stop; order can flex inside scope | Usually one pickup, one drop-off |
| Waiting | Included when written into the window | Limited buffer per proposal |
| Best for | Dense diary, roadshow, hotel day | Airport hop, corridor leg, fixed pin |
| Booking unit | Hour block (typically from 3 h) | Single journey |
Many Brussels days mix both on one brief: BRU arrival into the first meeting, then a disposal block, then late hotel return inside the same window.
As-directed — with a clear envelope
Flexibility means reordering stops and adjusting dwell inside what was written: Brussels-Capital; Brussels plus one named Belgian city; or a roadshow listed pin by pin. Long European corridors (Paris, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Maastricht, London) when they are part of the same written day — see services and the home map.
Open-ended “drive wherever” with no window and no geographic note does not staff cleanly. Give the desk enough structure to protect your timing.
Fleet
| Class | Role |
|---|---|
| Mercedes S-Class | Executive sedan reference for most disposal days |
| Mercedes V-Class | More seats, luggage, or soft-goods volume |
Both subject to availability. Photos illustrative; class in the written proposal applies. Multi-vehicle days coordinated from the same desk when lists and timing arrive early enough (field experience since 2009).
Discretion
Absolute discretion by default. Passenger names, destinations and diary detail stay with the desk and the assigned chauffeur. No public star aggregates, no ticket sales, no booking marketplace. One Brussels hub for confirmation; coverage elsewhere in Belgium and on corridors follows the brief.
Extensions and day-of changes
If a meeting runs past the written end time, ask the desk — not only the chauffeur — so coverage and commercial scope stay aligned. Finishing early does not invent a refund grid on the website; unused time inside a confirmed window is handled as written in the proposal for that brief. Same-day pin changes inside the geographic envelope are normal; jumping to an unscoped Belgian city or a corridor not on the paper needs a quick written amend before the car moves.
What to put in the brief
- Date and preferred start / end window (Brussels time)
- Base pin (hotel or office) and known intermediate addresses
- Geographic envelope if you have one
- Passengers and luggage
- Airport open or close if any (BRU landside or FBO)
- Day-of phone and constraints (privacy, child seats, language, multi-car)

Brussels hub — Belgium and corridors when briefed
Most disposal days stay inside Brussels-Capital and the inner ring. Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège and other Belgian cities appear when named. A disposal window can sit on top of a corridor leg when the paper says so — for example morning pins in the EU Quarter, then an afternoon run toward Luxembourg or Amsterdam under the same written day. Estimates only; traffic and borders stay in the timing window, not in marketing promises.
