Do you operate the FBO?
No. We meet at the handler you already use (Luxaviation Belgium / Abelag, ASL Group, or the name on the brief).
What belongs on the brief?
ICAO, FBO name, tail or slot, passengers, onward pin.
Airline terminal instead of FBO?
Different product — name BRU terminal and flight number for a scheduled arrival.
Liège (LGG)?
Yes as a pin, often for Spa week.
Le Bourget?
Possible pin in a proposal when the corridor is in the brief.
Findel (ELLX)?
Yes as a pin. Luxembourg chauffeur.
Do you publish prices?
No public rate sheet. Send a brief for a written proposal.
3-hour rule on a jet?
Everyday chauffeur: three hours. Jet slots still need a real clock on the brief.
