Included in a BRU transfer

Waiting rules and any buffer before departure check-in are written for that day — not assumed at the curb.
How it works
- Send the brief — date, direction (arrival or departure), flight number, pickup and drop-off pins, passengers, luggage.
- Receive a written proposal — scope, waiting window, vehicle class, commercial terms. No street tariff; no surge meter.
- Travel as confirmed — chauffeur placed for the flight; meet point as agreed; one desk contact if the plan shifts.
Everyday notice: typically three hours before pickup. Tighter windows case by case — never assumed.
Destinations from BRU
Most programmes pin central Brussels, the European Quarter, Louise / Toison d’Or, major business hotels, and residential addresses in and around the capital. Belgian cities beyond the ring — Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège and others — appear when named in the same brief.
Pure airport hop → one pickup, one drop-off. Dense day after landing (several EU pins, lunch, late hotel return) → usually cleaner as put-at-disposal than a stack of unrelated transfers.
Flight-aware — not “arrive and hope”
Share flight number, scheduled time, and terminal when known. The desk places the chauffeur with a realistic buffer. Late aircraft: delay absorbed inside the agreed waiting window. Hard cut-off or split party needing a second car: write it in the brief before wheels move.
Not a taxi. Not Uber.
Taxi and app rides optimise for immediate availability and a metered or dynamic fare. Zenith.limo optimises for a named chauffeur, a scoped vehicle, and one written confirmation before travel. You do not compete for a car at arrivals. You do not renegotiate at the curb. Discretion is absolute — names, destinations and itinerary stay with the desk and the assigned chauffeur, not on a public rating board.

Meet point (landside) vs FBO
Commercial BRU: landside meet as written — typically inside arrivals, then to the vehicle. Curb-only meet, hall assistance, child seats or heavy luggage: flag early so the class matches the load.
Private aviation on the same field is a different meet (hangar / ramp / handler rules). Use the FBO page. Do not mix a commercial terminal pin with an FBO pin on one brief line without saying which is which.
Other Belgian airports
BRU / Zaventem is the default commercial pin. Charleroi (CRL) and Liège (LGG) when the brief names them — no deep-dive here. Name the airport; the proposal follows the pin.

European corridors (Paris, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Maastricht, London) and other hubs appear when they are part of the same written scope — usually a corridor day or a put-at-disposal programme that opens or closes at BRU. Journey times on the site are estimates, not guarantees; the proposal uses timing windows that respect traffic and borders.
