Official festival weekends (source: belgium.tomorrowland.com):

  • Weekend 1: 17–19 July 2026
  • Weekend 2: 24–26 July 2026

2027: the organiser has published hospitality interest / registration language, but public festival dates for Tomorrowland Belgium 2027 are not officially announced. We do not invent weekend numbers. When dates are published, the same ground product applies — brief the desk; we will not treat estimates as fact on this page.

Zenith.limo coordinates Boom festival weeks from a Brussels-Capital desk since 2009. The product is a named chauffeur, a scoped vehicle, and a written proposal before wheels move. There is no public rate sheet on this page. We plan against official 2026 dates, your hotel pin, the meet pin the festival / hotel access allows, and honest traffic buffers — not against gold-flash VIP slogans.

This is the one English canon URL for Tomorrowland Belgium chauffeur intent.

Tomorrowland Belgium chauffeur — what this page covers

Festival week is not a single hop. Guests sleep in Brussels, Antwerp, Mechelen, or airport hotels; they open at BRU, ANR, or CRL; they need a reliable hotel ↔ Boom / De Schorre meet pin; and many need a late return after the main stage closes.

This page covers:

  • Private chauffeur for hotel ↔ Boom / De Schorre — meet pins allowed by festival / hotel access (we brief the pin; we do not invent a “VIP gate”)
  • Airport opens and closes — Brussels (BRU), Antwerp (ANR), Charleroi (CRL) when named
  • Multi-day put-at-disposal across Weekend 1 or Weekend 2 (car stays with you) versus single point-to-point transfers
  • Late-night returns to hotel when scoped in writing
  • Clear scope: ground mobility only

If you need a commercial BRU landside meet outside festival week, use the dedicated Brussels Airport chauffeur page. Dense multi-stop days: put-at-disposal. Private-aviation / handler meets: FBO. Event index: Events. Spa F1 ground layer (separate calendar): F1 Spa 2027.

What we do (and what we never sell)

We do

  • Plan and confirm private chauffeur assignments for Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 (Weekend 1 or 2) by brief
  • Place Mercedes S-Class or V-Class (subject to availability) for hotel, Boom / De Schorre meet pin, airport, and city pins as written
  • Absorb waiting and schedule slip inside a written hour window when you book put-at-disposal
  • Coordinate second cars for groups or luggage-heavy parties when lists arrive early enough
  • Drop at DreamVille only where festival / hotel access allows — the brief names the pin; we do not sell DreamVille stays

We never sell

  • Festival tickets
  • DreamVille, Magnolia, or other on-site accommodation packages
  • Global Journey or organiser hospitality packages as a product
  • Same-day “hope for a car at midnight” marketplace availability
  • Public street tariffs or surge pricing on this page

Tomorrowland branding on this page is geography and calendar context only. Pickup is the meet pin on your brief — not a hospitality SKU.

Geography — Boom, De Schorre, Brussels–Antwerp corridor

Boom sits between Brussels and Antwerp, roughly 35–45 km from Brussels centre depending on pin and traffic. De Schorre is the festival park; approach roads tighten hard on festival days.

Practical GEO for briefs:

  • Festival pin: De Schorre / Boom — drop and collect only where access rules allow that day
  • Corridor logic: Brussels hotels south/west; Antwerp hotels north; Mechelen as a mid-corridor option; airport hotels when flights dominate the diary
  • DreamVille: drop-off / collect only at pins the festival or hotel access permits — send the pin early; do not assume curb-side at every entrance

Hotel name on the brief = pickup pin, not a partnership claim. Send the full address or map pin; day-of phone on the brief.

Airports and hotel clusters

Brussels Airport (BRU)

Default commercial gateway for many international guests. BRU → Brussels / Mechelen / airport hotel, then Boom days; or BRU → hotel near Antwerp when that is the sleep pin. Flight-aware landside meet: BRU page.

Antwerp Airport (ANR)

Useful when the hotel is Antwerp-centred or the diary is north of Boom. Name ANR explicitly; the proposal follows that pin.

Charleroi (CRL)

Appears when low-cost schedules dominate. Longer road day to Boom — earlier buffers, honest language in the proposal.

Hotel clusters we commonly brief

  • Brussels centre and EU / Louise / Midi-adjacent hotels
  • Antwerp centre and south
  • Mechelen (corridor between Brussels and Antwerp)
  • Airport hotels near BRU when the flight open/close drives the day

We do not invent preferred-hotel lists. Geography on the brief drives the car.

Festival traffic, road closures, and buffers

Tomorrowland weeks compress local roads around Boom. Closures, shuttle corridors, and police filters change by day and by hour. Zenith.limo plans buffers, not stopwatch claims — field desk experience since 2009.

Practical notes we write into festival briefs:

  • Earlier departure windows than a normal weekday Brussels–Antwerp hop — festival mornings and evenings are not textbook km/time
  • Road closures / diversions — expect longer approaches; the proposal uses timing windows, not guaranteed ETAs
  • Drop vs wait — many programmes drop at the allowed meet pin, then either stand off under put-at-disposal or return at a fixed collect time
  • Late-night exit — main-stage egress is the bottleneck; a written collect window beats a last-minute WhatsApp
  • Monday / midweek exit — airport or city return after the weekend often needs its own leg on the same brief

Journey times on any marketing map are estimates. Your written proposal is the operational reference.

Multi-day put-at-disposal vs single transfer

Festival weekends rarely behave like one airport hop.

Need Better product Why
Hotel → Boom → hotel, same day, waiting / flex Put-at-disposal Car stays with you inside a written hour window
Dense Fri–Sun diary (airport, hotel, late return, Monday exit) Multi-day retainer / disposal blocks One desk, one vehicle class, fewer re-briefs
Single airport → hotel on arrival day only Point-to-point transfer One origin, one destination
Group + festival luggage V-Class (or second car) on the same brief Scoped early — not invented at the curb

Everyday chauffeur elsewhere on the site often references a typical three-hour minimum for put-at-disposal. Festival week is different: book as soon as the hotel and weekend (1 or 2) exist, not the afternoon of the set. Same-day late-night scramble is not a product we sell.

Full product detail for hourly / as-directed coverage: put-at-disposal chauffeur. This page = festival ground layer; MAD page = the hour-window mechanics.

How a Tomorrowland brief works

  1. Send the brief early — Weekend 1 (17–19 July 2026) or Weekend 2 (24–26 July 2026), hotel pin, Boom / De Schorre meet pin (or “brief the pin”), passengers, luggage, late return yes/no, airports if any.
  2. Receive a written proposal — scope (transfer vs disposal), vehicle class, timing windows / buffers, commercial terms. No street tariff.
  3. Travel as confirmed — chauffeur placed to the pins; one desk contact if the diary shifts; extensions only when still coverable and confirmed in writing.

Lockup: Zenith.limo. Not a marketplace. Not an app pull at the festival fence.

Fleet for festival week

Class Role on Tomorrowland week
Mercedes S-Class Executive sedan reference for most hotel–Boom and airport legs
Mercedes V-Class Groups, friends travelling together, or festival luggage volume — often the better fit

Both subject to availability. Photos on the site are illustrative; the class in your written proposal is the one that applies. Multi-car days need passenger lists early.

Who this page is for

  • Guests and hosts with hotel ↔ Boom programmes who already hold (or will hold) their own tickets / DreamVille stays
  • Assistants and travel desks building a ground layer under Weekend 1 or 2 — not shopping for tickets or Global Journey
  • Commercial arrivals into BRU / ANR / CRL who continue to Brussels, Antwerp, Mechelen, or airport hotels
  • Parties who prefer a multi-day chauffeur retainer and a planned late return over improvising each hop on a ride-hailing app

Discretion is absolute: names, hotels, meet pins, and itinerary stay with the desk and the assigned chauffeur — not on a public rating board. We do not publish fake reviews and we do not use AggregateRating markup.

What to send in the brief

  1. Weekend 1 (17–19 July 2026) or Weekend 2 (24–26 July 2026) — which days need a car
  2. Hotel pin — full address (Brussels / Antwerp / Mechelen / airport hotel / other)
  3. Boom / De Schorre meet pin (or ask us to brief the allowed pin)
  4. Passengers and luggage (flag outsize / festival kit — V-Class often better)
  5. Late return yes/no and preferred collect window
  6. Airport opens/closes if any: BRU / ANR / CRL, flight numbers; FBO handler if private jet
  7. Day-of phone; language preference; second-car need

FAQ

Do you sell Tomorrowland tickets or DreamVille / Global Journey packages?

No. Zenith.limo provides ground only — private chauffeur between hotels, airports, and Boom / De Schorre meet pins. We do not sell tickets, DreamVille, Magnolia, or Global Journey / hospitality packages. If you already hold access, we transfer to the pin named on the brief.

Private chauffeur or taxi for Tomorrowland Boom?

Neither street-hail nor a ride-hailing app. Assignments are planned by brief, confirmed in a written proposal, delivered with a dedicated chauffeur and executive vehicle (S-Class or V-Class). Festival traffic needs earlier windows — not a last-minute meter.

Can you do late-night returns after the festival?

Yes when scoped in writing — collect window, hotel pin, and vehicle class on the proposal. Late egress around Boom is the bottleneck; a planned return beats a midnight scramble. Same-day unplanned late-night is not a product we sell.

Do you drop at DreamVille?

Only where festival / hotel access allows. Send the DreamVille or hotel pin early; we brief the allowed meet. We do not sell DreamVille packages and we do not invent an unrestricted curb at every entrance.

Which airport for Tomorrowland Belgium — BRU, ANR, or CRL?

BRU for most commercial long-haul and Brussels hotel diaries. ANR when Antwerp hotels dominate. CRL when the brief names it. Name the airport; the proposal follows the pin. Private-jet meets: see FBO.

Do you publish prices for Tomorrowland chauffeur?

No public rate sheet. Send a brief for a written proposal. Commercial terms sit in that proposal only.

When is Tomorrowland Belgium 2027?

Public festival dates for 2027 are not officially announced at the time of writing (organiser hospitality interest / registration language may exist without published weekend dates). We do not invent 2027 weekends. Official 2026 weekends: 17–19 July and 24–26 July. Source: belgium.tomorrowland.com.

Is there a three-hour minimum on festival week? Can I book same-day?

The everyday put-at-disposal reference (typically from three hours) is not the festival booking rule. For Tomorrowland week: brief as soon as the hotel and weekend exist, not the same afternoon. Same-day late-night scramble is not offered as a product.
